This historic victorian have been lovingly restored and is ready to be filled with laughter of family and friends alike. From the vaulted ceilings, natural light, and open floorpan, there is nothing but positive energy all around.
The open floorplan with kitchen, living room, and dining room is perfect for large family socializing. Upstairs living room has plush sectional that is great for movie nights, desk area for working, and elliptical machine for exercising. Relax and read a book or gather around the dining room table with up to eight guests to enjoy meals or play games.
Though there are endless opportunities for delicious local food, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster for meal prep at home.
Rest and recharge in any of the three bedrooms with fresh linens and plush/down pillows. The main floor master has its own private bathroom with toilet, vanity, and standup shower, and custom closet. Both upstairs bedrooms have bunk beds with a double bed on bottom and single bed on top. One room has desk/dresser combo and dollhouse; and the other has swing, toy cubby, and custom closet. Large closets keep garments wrinkle free and additional storage.

Perfect location for walking/bike commutes. 3 blocks from local bus transit – all rides FREE within town. The corner lot property has ample free street parking as well.
You’ll never run out of things to do in this prime location – whether you prefer staying nearby or venturing out on excursions. Just strides from the front door you’ll find some of our favorite restaurants, baristas, shops, breweries, and parks. For just a short commute, you can stroll Pearl Street in Boulder, explore museums in Denver, and hike majestic peaks in Rocky Mountain National Park. The opportunities are endless!

Illiana – How is absolutely amazing!
Hawkins-Mathis – The host was gracious to allow us to check in early in the morning upon arrival since we were flying in from different parts of the country and had early graduation rehearsal which was thirty minutes away.
*BEAUTIFUL kitchen*BEAUTIFUL garden*The porch swing and rocking chairs transport you back in time and actually make you want to relax and exhale.*The location is perfect for traveling /sightseeing and day trips in Colorado and has easy Uber airport access. Quick Uber access to Golds gym, groceries and the drug store.
Visited Estes Park and toured the Stanley Hotel grounds which has a really nice mountain view. The view in route was beautiful as well. Visited Denver area as well for restaurants and shopping 🛍 ( White Chocolate Grill – Park Meadows)!

We landed in Longmont in 2010 when we were expecting our first child. Though we hadn’t intended on staying, we’ve been here ever since. We are now a family of four, and loving kindness and radical inclusion are our core principles. We love staying home and we’re always up for an adventure. Our home has an open door policy, and we love having guests whether we home or away.
